The grandfather's fear was the lightimg which he regarded as death, and made him
think of his wife's death,his own age,state limbs and his possibility of dying any
day.His fears are normal because anyone can fear that way,it's just an inborn(adrenaline)
emotion..
Death:The grandfather feared death,which had made him thought of his age ,wife's death
and the Storm: was what the child was a afraid of,it states that the boy feared storm
which he thought would fall on their hut were he and his grandfather lived,and trhought
it would burry them.
i think that the grandfather is feeling lonely and wants to join his wife...
ReplyDeleteHey Pieters,I totaly agree with you.The grandfather was afraid of death and thought of his wife.Its true the fear was normal because every one can respond to the unknown.
